e-Learning
Minimize

e-Learning has become the medium of choice to transfer knowledge to users. This method is a simulated recording of the functions performed on the relevant applications which provides the ability for learners to observe a demonstration, participate in a training session and thereafter perform a comprehensive assessment to gauge competency.

The training and demonstration modes can be utilised repeatedly as a means of practice or refresher courses. Although the procedure can be stand-alone, it has been proven to be far more effective when a blended approach is taken. That is, to have facilitated sessions where the learner is able to interact with the trainer to provide additional information and still be able to continue with their learning at their own pace.

All training material remains the intellectual property of the organisation; while Protion remains the custodian thereof to ensure that the material is kept up to date and current. Training manuals in the form of step by step learner guides are also created as reference material

Learning can be scheduled and monitored by the use of a Learning Management System (LMS). As learners progress through the various levels of learning, all activities can be monitored and assessed on an ongoing basis and skills development can be measured and verified.
