Protion aims to form a personal relationship with clients to ensure a basis of trust and understanding is created early on. Our team realize the importance of knowing the client to help understand their needs and eradicate their anxieties regarding a strange, new implementation.
Our goal is to be flexible and adaptable to the environment including business stakeholders and analysts and their goals within implementation. In this way we can achieve a more comprehensive course and better detailed learning material.
We approach the creation of our learning material with beginners in mind and therefore extensive background information is necessary. This approach combined with simple and visual steps ensure the learner is stimulated and challenged by the system's functionality.
Our trainers work hard towards a full understanding of what they are training so the learners feel secure in their new environment. We make use of the Parking Lot in order to give us as the trainer a chance to find out answers to any questions we may not be sure of. This instils confidence in the learner that their source of knowledge is reliable and trustworthy.
The training goes a step further by being available for post training support and hand holding on site if necessary.
We want our learner to become excited and interested in the course immediately forming a comfortable learning environment where they want to be, not have to be.
